Hotel Bonampak - Cancun

This hotel has a super clean vibe, perfect for my large family. We loved the pool area and the helpful staff made everything easier for our group of seven. The free Wi-Fi was a big hit with the kids while we spent time with them at the near Royal Yak Casino.

In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be essential.

Spotless room with a large comfortable bed, good offer. Location right by a big avenue as well as airport. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Urbano Kabah Park.

Not very friendly staff!

reasonably large rooms come with a large comfortable bed, the shower, as example. the price is gbp 887.

The hotel is conveniently located near various dining options and has a lovely outdoor pool, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the hotel stood out, and the friendly staff were always ready to assist. The location was fantastic, with several lovely restaurants within walking distance and a good pool to unwind by.

Clean environment throughout the hotel. I appreciated the dedication to cleanliness. The rooms, hallways, and dining area always seemed fresh. Angel, the young staff member, did an really good job maintaining our room. Minor improvements could make it even better, like adding a small refrigerator and an iron. Service, however, fell short sometimes. I faced an issue at check-in where the receptionist insisted on a higher charge than what I booked. Fortunately, it got corrected quickly. The no alcohol policy was a bit surprising, especially after my wife had to pour out a beer at the entrance. Great stay but some service aspects need attention.

Everything was great, had a great stay on your first visit. The location was excellent, close to Cancun Bullfight ring. We visited cafes and bars close to the hotel.

The location is great and perfect, liked to be close to some leisure places, we've visited cafes and bars. It's found in a great area, close to many landmarks of Cancun. The room is well priced.

The cleanliness was great 🧼 Everything else was decent, but watch for extra charges at check-in. The pool was nice but a tad shallow for adults.

Couldn't recommend more for a city break

Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent location near various dining establishments, made our stay enjoyable, especially with the nearby amenities like a lovely pool and easy access to transportation options.

great location but slightly inconsistent service

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ADO bus terminal. The staff, while occasionally slow, were genuinely friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries. I particularly enjoyed the fine garden view from my room, which gave a sense of tranquility amidst the city's hustle.

Service could be more consistent, especially during peak times.
